Tractor Hire Limited was established in 1987 and is now one of the UK’s leading suppliers of groundcare and agricultural machinery, plant hire services and leisure equipment (including the hire of golf buggies). The company also provides a comprehensive range of related services, including maintenance, parts and on-site servicing solutions.

We were set up by Ted Hopkins, the owner of our parent company, Ted Hopkins Limited. With experience in the agricultural machinery sector that dates back to 1954, our initial focus as Tractor Hire Limited was to offer specialist services to the farm and groundcare sectors. In recent years, these services have expanded to meet demand and now include tractor and equipment hire. Our sister company, Buggy Hire UK, now manages the hire of golf buggies and utility vehicles for events.
